APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR LATE 2020
Thank you for your interest in holding a stall at the Perth Vegan Expo 2020 which we are hoping to reschedule later in the year at Elizabeth Quay after our March event was sadly cancelled due to COVID-19.
Please complete our application form, we will notify you via email if your application has been successful. Once accepted we require the stall fee to be paid upfront to confirm your spot.
Please be aware prior to completing: upon submission you are required to provide proof of public liability, a completed electrical schedule and for those selling food products, a City of Perth permit as well as your food business registration or notification forms. If you do not attach these items we will be unable to process your application.

All Vendors requiring electricity at the event must list every electrical item to be used upon application. All items must be checked and tagged by an electrician. Anything which does not comply can be rejected and removed by City of Perth at any point.
Fees: Standard stall fees are $500 for the weekend. This includes advertising on the Expo website and our social media in the run up to the event, plus stall and product photography on event day by our Expo photography team.
Standard Stall size is 3x3m, if you require a larger spot fees will be higher, please contact us to discuss options and pricing.
Stallholders must provide their own marquees with adequate weights to ensure stability in windy conditions.
